CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) — Prosecutors in South Texas plan to charge an inmate who they say caused an approximately five-hour lockdown at a county jail after claiming to have come into contact with the Ebola virus. Sheriff Jim Kaelin says the man was arrested on suspicion of a felony drug charge on Nov. 6 when he told authorities he felt nauseous and had vomited.
